Description

Heron Lake Great Room. A buetiful facility well suited formany gatherings and events. Examples include Board Meetings, Memorials, Weddings, Training sessions etc.

Geography:

Panoramic views of Heron Lake. Meeting room features a ceiling constructed of peeled pine tree vigas and includes as recessed Kiva fire place.

Recreation:

Heron Lake State Park offers many recreational opportunities including camping, hiking, boating, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, bird and wildlife viewing adre a few expamples.

Facilities:

Heron Lake offers 7 developed campgrounds and 2 primitive campgrounds. Lake includes 3 boat ramps, numerous miles of hiking trails. River access is via the Rio Chama trail head and has approximately 5 miles of the Chama River that flows throw the park.

Nearby Attractions:

Chama- Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Rail Road the nations longest and highest narrow gauge steam rail road.
